2. User Rights & Obligations

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose of optimizing mechanical workflows and integrating with ERP systems.
• You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

3. Platform & Service Description

Our platform is a leading developer of robotic orchestration systems designed to synchronize multi-vendor production lines in smart factories. The service optimizes mechanical workflows, reduces downtime through predictive maintenance, and integrates seamlessly with existing ERP systems for holistic facility management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchest Industrial Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv.
